Tracey Vincel is a way finder and pioneer in the wellness movement. She is a physiotherapist who goes beyond the physical to explore the nature of mind, and the embodiment of well-being. She has traveled the world to discover the diagnostic tools that form the basis for mind, breath and movement therapy interventions. She believes in an integrated approach to treating pain dedicated her 25 years of clinical practice to empowering clients, combining ancient and alternative healing techniques with cutting edge orthopedic therapy and neuroscience. Passionate about sharing this knowledge she founded KNOSIS Physiotherapy & Wellness in New York City. At KNOSIS she and her team of physiotherapist are known for their unique ability to get to the root cause of pain, restore body alignment, biomechanics and neuromuscular connection while simultaneously tapping into the client own intuitive embodied awareness. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology and psychology, a master’s degree in physical therapy and a second master’s degree in spinal orthopedics from the University Queensland in Australia. She has completed numerous advanced therapeutic certifications including becoming a certified behavioral breathing analyst and using capnography to identify breathing dysfunction. She was the chair of the Global Wellness Institute’s Immersion Initiative which inspires participation in transformative wellness immersive experiences - co-create connection and the FEELING of well-being. She is passionate about raising our individual and collective wellness to build our planet’s and humanity’s harmonious future.

Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (University of Maryland, 1998), Advanced Master’s Degree in Spinal Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (University of Queensland, 2003), post-graduate manual therapy certificates from The Institute of Physical Art, Hospital for Special Surgery, Integrated Manual Therapy Solutions, Kinetic Control, Performance Matrix, Neuro Orthopedic Institute, Diane Lee & Associates, Discover Physio Series/Integrative Systems Model, Neurodynamic Solutions, Gravity Fitness and Lorimer Moseley’s and David Butler’s “Explain Pain” training. Tracey has also extensively pursued the study of Yoga, Tibetan Medicine and Ayurveda. To bridge the mind body connection through breath she has completed her certification in Educational Capnography.
