Teddy Kingsbury

MUSICIAN & SOUND MEDITATION INSTRUCTOR

Teddy Kingsbury is a jazz pianist, meditation teacher, and dedicated practitioner of holistic wellness. Committed to addressing the Metacrisis, he explores the potential of the human form through embodied cognition and holonic alignment—integrating mind, body, and nature.

His influences span Hindustani singing, Gnosticism, Buddhism, jazz, and the teachings of Jiddu Krishnamurti. He has deepened his spiritual practice in Auroville, India, and at the Monastic Academy for the Preservation of Life on Earth (MAPLE). With 10 years of teaching experience in both public schools and private instruction, Teddy has also performed at major venues like The Blue Note New York, Adrienne Arsht Center, and NJPAC.

A practitioner of integral yoga, khayal chanting, and pranayama breathing, Teddy embraces a preventative, whole-body approach to wellness. Outside of his work, he enjoys cooking, fermentation, DIY candlemaking, and ultra-light backpacking.
