Liudmila Lahonda, PT, DPT, OCS, blends orthopedic rehabilitation with pelvic health therapy to provide comprehensive, personalized care. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from SUNY Downstate Medical Center in 2017, starting her career with a strong focus on orthopedics and manual therapy. Her drive for professional growth led her to explore pelvic floor therapy in 2020, where she discovered how seamlessly orthopedic principles enhance pelvic health treatment. She became a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS) in 2021 and has since worked with complex pelvic floor cases, helping patients achieve lasting recovery.
In 2023, Liudmila became a certified Pilates instructor through Polestar Pilates, integrating movement principles to improve core stability and functional strength. She takes a holistic, evidence-based approach, combining orthopedic therapy, pelvic rehabilitation, Pilates, and manual techniques to optimize patient outcomes.
She specializes in treating both men’s and women’s health conditions, including:
