THAI MASSAGE / YOGA

Frank Hughes, a certified Structural Integration practitioner from the Florida School of Massage. With over 30 years of experience in western modalities of healing, Frank has mastered Connective tissue massage, Neuromuscular therapy, Shiatsu, Myofascial release, Cranial sacral therapy, and Trager.

Frank's love for traditional Thai massage led him to study with master teachers in Thailand, including Pichest, Chaiyuth, Mama Nitt, Asokanada, and Chongkol for six months. He has worked in various settings ranging from holistic spas to complimentary care centers, including the Good Life Spa in St. Maarten and the Negril Yoga Centre. He is also a certified Hatha yoga teacher from Sadie Nardini and a Gyrokinesis and Gyrotonic apprentice from Body Evolution. Additionally, he has trained in Pilates mat with Kelly Kane and Linda Farrell.

Frank's integrative approach allows him to cater to each client's unique needs. He focuses on realigning muscles and bones, increasing circulation, and releasing tight muscles through broad, long compressive movements and trigger point pressure. After a personalized session with Frank, clients leave energized, relaxed, and stretched in ways they may not have known possible.

Some clients seek out Frank for a deeply relaxing Thai massage experience, while others come with specific aches, pains, or chronic tension. Frank suggests movement-therapy programs tailored to their particular needs. Whether you are in the midst of a healing process or looking to improve your body function, Frank can help you achieve better health overall.
