Led by certified Pilates instructors with pre/post natal fitness training, this class focuses on core strengthening, posture improvement, and enhancing flexibility to support the physical demands of pregnancy. Emphasis is placed on safe, effective exercises that promote well-being, reduce pregnancy discomforts, and improve body awareness, with personalized modifications and close instructor supervision.

Participants will benefit from targeted exercises to build abdominal and pelvic floor strength, alleviate back pain, and improve alignment. Emphasis will be placed on preventing common post pregnancy dysfunctions such as incontinence, diastasis, pain and prolapse. Gentle stretching routines enhance flexibility and reduce muscle tension, while breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques promote relaxation and mental well-being.
